RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the product, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Essential Beauty Collection/ is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head. All units are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on my behalf. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges and returns are not accepted. All wig units are non-refundable.

ALL return fees/taxes charged must/will be covered by client and our refunds also exclude postage fees  DELAYS  Delays do happen, it’s out our control unfortunately especially during sale/festive seasons, all we ask for at this time is a bit more patience to get your order to you! you will be issued with a tracking number (within 24 hrs ) once your order is dispatched to keep you up to date with the movement of your order we’re happy to keep you updated if there is a delay with your order Please note customers are responsible for the tracking and keep up to date with where their order/parcel is as it moves through the delivery channels.

As many of you are international customers please bare in mind our timings are different from yours, from the UK we operate using GTM timing 9am-6pm Mon-Fri  please allow 24- 48 hours for your emails & messages to be responded to  please note our bank holidays are also different from yours which may cause a slight delay in response of your email or messages  thank you for your continued patience. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

Once your order is placed & had come through we cant cancel the order  Unhappy with your unit? please let us know so we can rectify the issue. Unfortunately you cant return a custom made unit as all units are freehandedly coloured and made to fit you, we however are willing to fix an problems caused by us  Processing time for pre-order wigs is 13-16 business days. "Create Your Own Wig" pre-order wigs have a processing time of 16-19 business days. Shipping time is 4-7 business days. International shipping times estimate 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance. The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the US are shipped via USPS, International orders may ship with UPS or USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update. All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.

KLARNA

We offer payment made easy with Klarna, allowing customers to split their payment in 3 or buy now and pay 30 later, however there's an extra 2 weeks delay in addition to our normal turn around time with payments made with Klarna.
